This is the June 30, 2017 edition of Canada's Process Network's informative e-newsletter. In each edition we offer process solutions and application information.

EXAIR - Limited Compressed Air Use

EXAIR’s EFC™ is a user-friendly electronic flow control for compressed air, designed to minimize compressed air use on blow off, drying, cooling, and static elimination applications. The EFC combines a photoelectric sensor with a timing control that turns off the air when no part is present. Our web site offers detailed information, downloadable drawings and PDF literature.

MARCH Series TEF-MAG pumps

MARCH Series TEF-MAG pumps are magnetic driven, rotating positive displacement, external gear type pumps. Gear pumps generate low flows with middle to high discharge pressures with very little pulsation. The pump housing is made of chemical resistant solid block plastics such as PP, PVC, PVDF or PTFE. The hydraulic parts, gears, shafts and bearings are made of non-metallic materials. The power transmission is contactless with strong permanent magnets.

Alpha Controls & Instrumentation -
MPF Modular Pressure Transmitter from Anderson-Negele

The MPF is the industry’s first fully configurable and repairable sanitary pressure transmitter. The MPF offers not only best in class performance within harsh process environments, but also the ability to be custom configured on site both for process parameters and enclosure form factor.

Tundra Process Solutions -
General Monitors Self-Checking Gas Monitor

The General Monitors S5000 Gas Monitor is the ultimate gas detector for extreme environments needing to detect combustible or toxic gases. Self-checking capability ensures safety and helps to safely extend calibration cycles up to 18 months. Dual sensing capability doubles the sensing power while reducing the need for a second set of electronics.
