JMP Solutions today announced that they have acquired Calgary-based Hi-Def Controls, enhancing their presence in Western Canada while benefitting from additional competencies specifically in the oil and gas, water and wastewater, and power systems industry segments.

The Hi-Def Controls team comes with a wealth of relevant industry-specific experience which will not only provide synergies to the JMP Solutions organization but will also complement the skills of the current JMP team allowing for growth, promoting learning, and ultimately resulting in the delivery of an even higher-level of end to end customer experience.
