John Brooks Company Limited announced that it has acquired Innovation Process Control Inc.
“This acquisition will create greater customer value through a broader product offering, additional solutions and technical expertise relevant to the Canadian Industrial Manufacturing and Processing Sectors,” said Gord Bell, president of John Brooks Company Limited.
Innovation Process Control Inc was founded in 1984 and is located in Oakville, Ont., where they are focused on serving the industrial markets with valve and instrumentation equipment.
John Brooks Company Limited has been providing products to the oil and gas, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, pollution control, steel, pulp and paper, mining and minerals, general industrial and municipal markets since its founding in 1938.
