Butterfly valve made with thermoplastic materials

The BYV Series Butterfly Valve from Hayward Flow Control is available in multiple thermoplastic materials in sizes from 2" through 12" / DN50 – 300. It has extremely robust one-piece body construction while lighter weight than metal valves of equal size. The hand lever features a 72 spline interlock mechanism allowing for stopping positions at every 5°. The lever material incorporates a UV inhibitor for enhanced performance in outdoor applications. The BYV also features reinforced lug holes and can be ordered with overmolded 316 stainless steel lugs for dead end service or isolation needs.
