Pump designed for glycol circulation applications

The Kimray E-Series Glycol Pump from Wika is a positive displacement pump designed for glycol circulation in gas dehydration applications. The diaphragm/plunger design allows it to pump particles in suspension, reducing maintenance. Power is provided by a properly specified electric motor either directly connected or belt driven. Plungers are used to move diaphragms, which pressurize the glycol/amine solutions used in gas processing. The plungers are isolated from the process fluids by the diaphragms, preventing wear. The isolating diaphragms allow the plungers to remain clean and lubricated in hydraulic fluid designed for high end pump performance.
