Regulator allows easy inlet pressure adjustment

Cashco’s new ALR-1 (Auxiliary Loaded Regulator) features a CA1 back pressure regulator mounted onto it like the previously introduced ULR-1 and PTR-1 valves. However, instead of the inlet pressure feeding into the cover dome, an auxiliary air supply, such as air from a compressor, feeds the cover dome. This product allows users to either adjust setting at point of use with an airset or through their control room when mounted with an I/P transducer. The ALR-1 provides excellent performance on applications when set points vary frequently. The unit is an easy and cost effective replacement for control valves on pressure control applications.
