Slide gate valve for frac sand

Designed to meet the needs and demands of Frac Sand applications, Kemutec’s Mucon RGV-DC Slide Gate Valve provides variable control of the discharge flow of sand from various storage vessels including silos, hoppers and mobile bins. It is available in sizes from 6″ to 24″ with custom sizes up to 55″ in electric, pneumatic and hand wheel actuation. The contact parts including the replaceable slide blade and inlet baffle are constructed in Hardox abrasive resistant steel. All roller bearings are protected from the material flow and the superior self-loading seals are built-in to minimize product leakage.
