The Mettler Toledo 5000TOCi sensor with M800 multi-parameter transmitter from Alpha Controls & Instrumentation provides a user-friendly and economical analytical package. It may be coupled with the M800 Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) transmitter, is available in two- or four-channel versions and is capable of operating any combination of up to two or four sensors for conductivity, pH, ORP, dissolved ozone or dissolved oxygen, plus two pulsed flow sensors. It uses ultraviolet (UV) oxidation with differential conductivity to effectively determine TOC concentrations. It provides continuous, fast and reliable monitoring of TOC levels of reverse osmosis membranes, effectiveness of TOC destruct UV lamps, resin bed performance, organics shedding and quality of final rinse water.
