Wireless nodes for oil field applications

SignalFire's Sentinel family of wireless nodes extracts and transmits data from sensors via a wireless mesh network back to a gateway where data is available via a Modbus RTU or TCP interfaces. The Sentinel will interface with virtually all sensor types commonly found in the oil field, including analog, Modbus, HART, digital output, thermocouple, turbine and potentiometer. Rated to Class 1 Division 1 and 2 hazardous location standards, the product line is positioned to take advantage of the widely varying monitoring and control environments found in the modern-day oil field.
