Self-priming pumps are ideal for solids-handling

John Brooks Company offers these Gorman-Rupp Ultra V Series self-priming pumps for solids-handling. They offer substantially higher pressures, flows, efficiencies and time-saving maintenance features. They achieve up to 60% increased pressure and 40% increased flow over traditional self-priming pumps. They are available in a variety of pump station configurations or stand-alone in 3″, 4″ and 6″ sizes. The External Shimless Cover Plate allows for easy adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the wearplate. This process eliminates the need to realign belts, couplings or other drive components. The unique collar and adjusting screw allow for incremental adjustments of the wearplate clearance.
