A full line of QB type M-2 high speed steel perforators and core pin blanks that come in 0.001” standard diameter increments in a wide range of sizes and are offered made to order in 0.0001” increments have been introduced by Regal Components, Inc.
Regal QB Type M-2 High Speed Steel Perforators and Core Pin Blanks are precision form ground and hardened to Rc 60-63 and come in 0.001” standard diameter increments in a full range of head diameters and thicknesses. Offered in 2” to 10” lengths, they are ideal for applications where high wear resistance along with accurate and close head spacing are required.
Suitable for perforating and punching metals, phenolics, vinyls, and similar materials, Regal QB Type M-2 High Speed Steel Perforators and Core Pin Blanks are available in 0.001” increments and popular fractional sizes from 0.010” thru 0.505”. Tolerances on length are held to +0.0002” -0.0000” up to 3” long. These perforators can also be used for injection molding.
